Thanks to my college roommate, I have the knowledge required to compose my sentences in such a fashion that the prepositions are never placed at the end. In the past, I would make uneducated remarks like:
- What are we listening to?
- There's a street I rode my bike down!
- What are you reading about?
- Which bottle do I put the trichlorobromine in?
I now know better, and I am sure that all of my sentences are properly structured:
- This is the town up in which I grew.
- I was very happy with the way out in which the project turned.
- This is some of the junk rid of which I cannot get.
- We are sorry for the delay up with which you had to put.
and so on...
